Robert was the much loved son of Betty and Andrew Baird, brother to Andy and sister Shona. He was a much loved dad to Ryan, his only son.
Robert was born with a heart defect which he tried so hard not to interfere with his life and he lived his life to the full as best as he could.
The greatest thing in his life was his son Ryan, whom he adored.
After his fifth open heart surgery his body could take no more and sadly on the 8th July 2004 he passed away peacefully with his family by his side.
Happy birthday robert, we all miss you so much would do anything just to speak to you one more time, hope you have a great day in heaven

still not a day goes by that i dont think of you,we still go down to visit you everyday no matter what the weather.We have to leave with our hearts broken,but we will meet again sleep tight son
